How to order? On what terms of payment?
1. how can you place your order?
Answer: the quickest way is with our web store:
For all articles that are not yet offered there, simply send us an informal e-mail, fax or call us.
Background: Our product range is broad and in some cases can only be standardized with great effort. As many items are different, we attach great importance to customer-specific order processing. For example, we may send photos of possible sets BEFORE an item leaves the warehouse. In this way, few shipments are returned and customer satisfaction is high.
2 What needs to be considered BEFORE ordering?
The prices quoted are in € for purchase by the piece or set plus. VAT ex stock.
3. volume discounts:
- 6 – 10 pieces or sets: 7%
- 11 – 25 pieces or sets: 10%
- 26 – 50 pieces or sets: 15%
- 51 – 100 sets: by arrangement
- Exceptions to this: Unique items, particularly rare sets
4. minimum order value:
€ 100,– net value of goods.
Of course, purchases on site are excluded from this. So if you want to spend less, come along!
We ask for your understanding.
5. freight / delivery costs
The delivery costs are made up of packaging costs and costs for the actual shipping. We try to keep both to a minimum and only pass on our direct costs. We always try to find the most economical shipping method. As a rule, this is via Deutsche Post/DHL for domestic and European parcels. For larger consignments, we use our own trucks or work together with freight forwarders. Depending on the specific task, offers are obtained and the contract is finally awarded on the basis of value for money. The costs incurred in this way are passed on 1:1 to the customer. We can provide detailed information on request.
6. delivery time:
7. method of payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment shall be made in cash on collection or delivery, or by cash on delivery for postal parcels (+ € 2.00 cash on delivery charge). It is easier to settle the invoice in advance. We must insist on advance payment for new customers, private customers and deliveries abroad.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or via
(
banking@espen.de
).
Details of bank details will be sent with the order confirmation.
8. complaints
In the event of a complaint, in particular if goods have not been delivered in full, are damaged or deviate from the promised characteristics, the customer has the right to return the goods. Conversely, we have a right of rectification or conversion, i.e. we can exchange returned goods for goods that conform to the contract and resend them. It is important that the goods complained about
* immediately (usually within 10 days of receipt),
* written reprimand and
* is not processed and is returned as a whole.
If this is not complied with, the buyer generally forfeits his right of complaint and thus his right of return. We refer to our General Terms andConditions of Delivery and Payment (GTCD).
9. order cancellations
If a customer decides to cancel an order that has already been placed, we reserve the right to charge for order-related expenses incurred in advance. These are expenses in connection with the preparation of quotations, order picking and, where applicable, the cutting of timber. Depending on the order, the costs for this can be up to 30% of the agreed purchase price.
