Who we are
ESPEN was founded in 1992 as a timber merchant for specialty woods. Our customers include manufacturers of musical instruments, boats and parquet factories, to name but a few. Due to current market developments, investments have also been made in the service area in recent years. This makes us very different from traditional trading companies. The main focus of the range is solid wood. We currently stock 110 types of wood. Regional customers account for 1/3 of sales and supra-regional or international customers for 2/3. Your tasks
You will strengthen our team in the areas of sales, administration and order processing. They advise commercial customers, prepare quotations and follow up current orders. After a thorough induction, you will manage projects independently. You will support our team at trade fairs in Germany, the USA and China. Depending on your inclination, you will also be given tasks in purchasing at home and abroad.
Our requirements
We expect a sound technical and commercial education, preferably a university degree. Ideally, you should be able to look back on several years of professional experience. They have learned to use their energy and knowledge efficiently. You are familiar with common computer programs and speak at least one foreign language.
